摘  要:This paper analyzes the professional situation of Chinese and western pastry technology in Chongqing Business Vocational School, personnel training methods, post types and curriculum setting, and finds some problems in the professional system of Chinese and western pastry technology. Based on the professional development of Chinese and western pastry technology and talent training, the reform of the professional system of Chinese and western pastry technology in Chongqing Business Vocational School was discussed from the aspects of talent training mode, curriculum setting, teaching method, teaching staff and training base construction.
