Application of Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Laparoscopic Cholelithiasis

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with laparoscopic cholelithiasis. Methods: 64 patients with cholelithiasis were selected from October 2020 to October 2021. All the selected patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy. According to the different nursing methods, the selected patients were divided into two groups, one group was treated with routine nursing and was set as the control group, the other group was treated with rapid rehabilitation nursing and was set as the experimental group. The results of preoperative index detection, postoperative rehabilitation progress, hospitalization expenses, postoperative complications, postoperative nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: one hour before the operation, the indexes such as pulse, SBP, DBP of the patients were monitored. it was found that the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the sleep time of the observation group was longer at night before the operation, P < 0.05;After the operation, the patient's anal exhaust time, liquid medicine infusion time, total hospitalization time and ambulation time were shorter/shorter than those of the control group (P < 0.05). After the operation, the complication rate of the patients was lower and the satisfaction was higher, compared with the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients with laparoscopic cholelithiasis is helpful to promote the smooth operation of the patients, accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation, reduce the treatment cost and prevent complications, and is helpful to harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
