摘　　要：Objective: to study the efficacy of trimetazidine in treating patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart dysfunction. Methods: in the future, 60 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group, 30 patients in each group, and the control group was treated by conventional treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment, and then the efficacy between the two was directly compared. Conclusion: trimetazidine has a good therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left heart dysfunction without adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
