The Value of High Quality Nursing in Senile Inpatients Venous Nursing

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the application effect of high quality nursing mode in nursing technical operation of intravenous therapy for elderly inpatients. Methods: 248 patients were randomly divided into two groups: control group (124 cases), routine nursing, observation group (124 cases), quality nursing, anxiety score (SAS), depression score (SDS) and nursing satisfaction. Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05), but after nursing, SAS and SDS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the elderly patients receiving intravenous therapy to implement high-quality nursing, can improve the patient anxiety, depression, nursing satisfaction is good, can be clinical promotion.
