摘　　要：Objective: to explore the efficacy and safety of hepatobiliary stone disease. Methods: 179 patients were selected for appropriate surgical methods. Results: the total efficiency of patient treatment was 87.71% (157 / 179), and the overall incidence of postoperative complications was 17.88% (32 / 179).Conclusion: the treatment of hepatobiliary stone disease is effective and high safety.
