Study on the Application Value of Fluconazole Combined with Clotrimazole Vaginal Suppository in the Treatment of Mycotic Vaginitis

摘　　要：Objective: to study the specific curative effect of mycotic vaginitis under the application of fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal suppository. Methods: sixty-two patients with mycotic vaginitis admitted to our gynecology department from November 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with different therapies, i.e. the control group with clotrimazole vaginal suppository and the observation group with fluconazole and clotrimazole vaginal suppository. The analysis was performed from the recurrence rate, adverse reaction rate, symptom relief time index and total effective rate. Results: the recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were 6.45% and 22.58% respectively. The total effective rate was 96.77% and 74.20%. Relief time of lumbago and abdominal distension (3.34 0.53) d, (5.78 0.86) d, abnormal leucorrhea (1.22 0.16) d, (2.08 0.31) d, pruritus vulvae (2.11 0.42) d, (2.77 0.57) d, frequent micturition and pain (2.16 0.21) d, (3.09 0.44) d, The data of SDS (33.82±2.43), (43.29 2.37), SAS (30.28±2.98) and (41.82 3.72) were compared between the two groups (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate (P > 0.05). Conclusion: under the treatment of fluconazole combined with clotrimazole vaginal suppository, mycotic vaginitis is beneficial to strengthen the curative effect, avoid the risk of recurrence, has good safety, effectively improves the symptoms, relieves the depression or anxiety of patients, brings positive influence to the effective improvement of the quality of life of patients, and is worthy of promotion in clinical treatment.
