Clinical Effect of Aminophylline Combined with Respiratory Function Training on Obstructive Emphysema Complicated with Respiratory Failure

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of combined treatment of obstructive emphysema with respiratory failure by adding respiratory function training on the basis of aminophylline therapy. Methods: in this study, 80 patients with obstructive emphysema and respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected as study members, and divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. In order to compare the clinical indicators, clinical effects and treatment recognition of the two groups, aminophylline treatment and combined treatment with aminophylline therapy were respectively performed, with the former as the control group and the latter as the study group. Results: after combined treatment, the clinical indicators, clinical effects and treatment recognition of the study group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: on the basis of aminophylline treatment, the combined treatment of respiratory function training can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with obstructive emphysema and respiratory failure, and improve the clinical symptoms of most patients. After treatment, the patients' condition has improved, so they feel very satisfied with the treatment.
