Perioperative Nursing Analysis of Thoracoscopic Lung Cancer Resection

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the nursing effect of perioperative nursing on patients undergoing thoracoscopic lung cancer resection. Methods: in this study, 480 patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected as members of the study, and divided into two groups, 240 patients in each group. In order to compare the extubation time, length of hospital stay, probability of complications and nursing recognition of the two groups of patients, routine nursing and perioperative nursing were respectively carried out, the former as the control group, the latter as the observation group. Results: after perioperative nursing, the extubation time of the observation group was earlier than that of the control group, the length of hospitalization was less than that of the control group, the probability of complications was less than that of the control group, and the nursing recognition was better than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of patients with thoracoscopic lung cancer resection, the implementation of perioperative nursing intervention can enable patients to remove the tube as soon as possible, greatly reduce the time of patients in hospital, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing.
