摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cholecystitis and gallstones.Method: our hospital on April 05,2021 a case of cholecystitis with gallstones patients (name: Yang Xinzhu, gender: female, age: 31, disease number: 920218447) in minimally invasive biliary surgery data analysis, give comprehensive examination, analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy contraindications and according to the analysis of possible complications, maximize surgical plan and ready to prevent complications, while with comprehensive care.Results: after surgical treatment, the patient recovered well and was discharged on the third day with no discomfort.Conclusion: the laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones can improve the occurrence of complications through optimization of surgical plan.
