Dexmetomidine Was used for Clinical Observation of Awake Sedation in Intraspinal Anesthesia

摘　　要：Objective: To observe the difference of dexmetomidine and imidazolazam in spinal anesthesia.Methods: 80 patients undergoing spinal anesthesia from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected to conduct a prospective randomized controlled trial and group them by digital method.The 40 patients in the control group received imidazolepam, and the 40 patients in the observation group injected dexmetomidine. Comparing the changes in blood pressure and heart rate before and after administration of the two groups, the awake sedation effect and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were counted and compared.Results: There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups, with the decrease of 5min and 10min, but the decline in the observed group was smaller than that of the control group, and the comparison results between and between groups were statistically significant (P <0.05);The awake sedation was better than the control group and statistically significant (P> 0.05), while the incidence of adverse reactions has similar values.Conclusion: In intraspinal anesthesia, the awake sedation of dexmetomidine has better effect, more stable vital signs and low incidence of adverse reactions.
