Review of Antimicrobial Prescription and Influence on Prescription Pass Rate in Primary Hospitals

摘　　要：Objective: this paper is to explore and study the review of antimicrobial prescription and the influence on prescription pass rate in primary hospitals.Method: participate in the study of 60 patients, and our hospital has 500 prescriptions, are from January 2020 to January 2021 in the hospital during the implementation of antimicrobial prescription review system, and our hospital before not implementing antimicrobial prescription review, compare the qualified rate of the prescription, and whether there is unreasonable medication and the use of antimicrobial drugs.Results: a comparison of the number of non-standard prescriptions and the inconsistency of drug use after the prescription review system, we found that the number of non-standard prescriptions and the irrationality of the prescription review system all decreased significantly, showing that P <0.05, which had statistical significance.After implementation, the symptomatic drug utilization rate, reasonable frequency utilization rate, reasonable specifications and reasonable dosage utilization rate were significantly higher than before implementation, and the comparison had statistical differences between groups (P <0.05).Among them, cefuroxime sodium for injection accounted for 41.67%, metronidazole for 33.33%, ceftriaxone for 8.33%, azithromycin for 11.67% and other categories for 5.00%.Conclusion: according to the above statement, after the implementation of prescription comments of antibacterial drugs in grassroots hospitals, it can better reduce the occurrence of unqualified prescriptions in grassroots hospitals and reduce the phenomenon of unreasonable drug use.It is conducive to clinical rational drug use, suitable for large-area promotion.
