摘  要:With the continuous implementation and implementation of the new curriculum reform, high school teaching requirements and standards are also gradually improved, in the teaching process, teachers not only need to teach the knowledge of professional subjects, but also should mobilize the enthusiasm of students, cultivate their interest in learning, promote the overall development of students. Mathematics is one of the compulsory subjects for high school students, and it is a difficult subject among all subjects. The knowledge points are relatively complex, and even some of them are abstract, which aggravates the difficulty of learning. Influenced by the college entrance examination, teachers pay much attention to students' performance in mathematics teaching, but ignore the cultivation of students' interest in mathematics, and adopt the traditional indoctrinating teaching method. The classroom atmosphere is boring, and students passively accept knowledge, lacking of qualitative notes. Under the traditional teaching mode, there are many problems, the teaching quality is low, and students' learning enthusiasm is difficult to mobilize. Incentive education is a new teaching method, which integrates it with mathematics teaching in senior high school, and takes students as the main body of the class. By encouraging and affirming students, students can enhance their self-confidence and enthusiasm, and then master mathematical knowledge and improve the quality of mathematics teaching.
