摘　　要：Immersive teaching promoted by VR technology has received more and more attention in the practical teaching of various disciplines. Especially in the teaching of medical schools, more attention is paid to the scientific, standardization and refinement of clinical practice teaching, laying a foundation for the clinical medical quality and medical safety. Promote the teaching reform of clinical practice with immersive technology, discuss the deep integration of virtual reality and practical teaching, reflects the correlation between teaching situational and knowledge construction, and shows the irreplaceable advantages of immersive learning.
