Application and Effect Evaluation of Risk Management in Nursing Management of Thoracic Surgery

摘　　要：Objective: To explore and analyze the potential safety hazards in thoracic surgery nursing and the preventive measures. Methods: The clinical data of 200 hospitalized patients in thoracic surgery from October 2017 to April 2019 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object, and the potential safety hazards in thoracic surgery nursing were analyzed, and the effective preventive measures were summarized. Results: After analysis, it was found that the main hidden dangers of nursing safety in thoracic surgery nursing included nurses, patients, instruments and equipment, etc. Patients had low awareness of diseases, poor psychology and other factors, instruments and equipment had insufficient equipment supply and equipment failure, and nurses had poor professional level, unreasonable arrangement of nurses, unstable nursing team, imperfect nursing records and inadequate pipeline nursing. Conclusion Nursing safety hazards in thoracic surgery mainly include nurses, patients, instruments and equipment, etc. Nursing risk events can be effectively prevented by taking preventive measures such as regular investigation of safety hazards, reasonable arrangement of nursing staff, improvement of nursing staff's professional level, strengthening of nursing staff's safety education, improvement of departmental rules and regulations, health education and psychological nursing for patients and their families, strengthening of instrument and equipment management, personalized management, and regular inspection of safety management plans, so as to reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and improve nursing quality.
