摘　　要：Objective: to explore the effect of chiropractic combined with touching on neonatal weight and jaundice. Methods: 100 newborns who were delivered in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received chiropractic combined with touch nursing. The nursing effects of the two groups of newborns were counted. Results: the nursing effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: chiropractic combined with touch nursing has certain positive effects during the reasonable rehabilitation period of the newborn, which can improve the change of the percutaneous jaundice index in the clinic and help the newborn to improve the milk intake. It has high clinical application value in the clinic. It can effectively improve the newborn care quality score, improve the newborn's family members' inherent cognition of the care work, promote the recovery of the illness, and improve the newborn's body prognosis level after birth. The implementation of targeted rehabilitation guidance plan can improve the newborn's family members' specific requirements for the corresponding care work, and will not cause harm to the newborn. It is recommended to promote.
