Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Budesonide Suspension in Patients with Pharyngitis and Vocal Cord Edema

摘　　要：Objective: to observe the effect of budesonide suspension in the treatment of pharyngitis complicated with vocal cord edema. Methods: a total of 112 patients with pharyngitis and vocal cord edema were selected and observed in our department from May 2019 to May 2021. The patients were randomly divided into study group and traditional group according to the admission number of patients with pharyngitis and vocal cord edema. The treatment methods were budesonide suspension and dexamethasone respectively. The satisfaction, effective rate, disappearance of clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors of the two methods were compared. Results: (1) compared with the traditional group, the satisfaction rate and effective rate of the research group were 92.85% and 98.21%, while those of the traditional group were 71.42% and 82.14% (χ2=11.315, p=0.017), with different results. (2) Compared with the traditional group, the disappearance time of dyspnea, cough, edema and hoarseness of vocal cords in the research group was 0.93±0.13 (d), 1.52±0.22 (d), 2.01±0.31 (d) and 2.84±0.38 (d), while in the traditional group was 1.98±0.25 (d), 2.75±0.37 (d), 3.85±0.47 (d), 4.23±0.59 (d), (t=3.862, p=0.031) (3) The comparison and analysis of TNF-a and IL-6 in the study group and the traditional group after treatment, the study group is 1.91±0.23 (ng.l-1), 25.79±3.41(ng.l-1-1), the traditional group is 3.01±0.34 (ng.l-1), 34.18±4.72(ng.l-1-1), (t=4.417, p=0.025), the results are different. Conclusion: budesonide suspension is effective in the treatment of pharyngitis complicated with vocal cord edema and can be popularized.
