Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Rheumatic Immune Disease Complicated with Thrombocytopenia

摘　　要：Objective: to explore and analyze the clinical characteristics of rheumatic immune disease complicated with thrombocytopenia. Methods: from October 2019 to September 2021, 108 cases of rheumatic immune patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the investigation objects, among which 58 cases with thrombocytopenia were selected. The clinical status of rheumatic immune diseases with thrombocytopenia was summarized by comparing the thrombocytopenia, hemorrhage degree and the clinical response of platelets under various treatments of these patients. Results: sjogren's syndrome was the most common type of patients. The clinical effect of general immunosuppressive agents was poor after hormone addition. Leflunomide was improved, platelet was increased and spontaneous hemorrhage was stopped. Conclusion: systemic lupus erythematosus, Sjogren's syndrome and other diseases have a high incidence rate in rheumatic diseases complicated with thrombocytopenia, among which the Sjogren's complications have the greatest impact on thrombocytopenia. The clinical effect is not obvious under the treatment of hormone dosage or general immunosuppressive agents, but flunomide can be selected with good effect.
