Value Analysis of Optimizing Body Position Combined Oral Care in Coma Tracheostomy

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the value of optimal position and oral care in patients with coma tracheostomy. Method: into our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 admitted stroke coma tracheotomy patients with 60 cases, random numerical table method is divided into research group, control group, each 30 cases, control group for stroke coma tracheotomy routine care, research group optimization joint oral care, the two groups of patients peritreatment adverse event incidence and inflammatory indicators evaluation comparison. Results: the incidence of peritreatment adverse events in the study group, IL-6 and IL-33 were lower than the control group and were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the value of optimizing body position and combining oral care in stroke patients can reduce the risk of peritherapeutic adverse events and promote the improvement of inflammatory condition.
