Pressure Analysis and Decompression Care of Pressure Ulcer in Supine Position

摘　　要：Objective: to explore the application effect of human assisted air cushion in sacral tail pressure ulcer nursing. Methods: with the help of computer virtual simulation technology, the sacral tail auxiliary air cushion was designed, and the stress level of the pressure ulcer was calculated. A total of 110 patients with pressure ulcers admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects, 55 of them. Patients in the experimental group used the above methods for nursing treatment, while patients in the control group used the routine nursing mode to compare and analyze the nursing situation of the two groups, and record relevant data. Results: experimental group patients waist and thigh use the auxiliary air cushion, can greatly reduce the sacral tail pressure ulcer progress, patient comfort greatly improved, pressure ulcer problem effectively improved, the control group patients also improved, but all aspects improved than the experimental group patients ideal. Conclusion: pressure analysis of supine sacrotail pressure ulcer and strengthening decompression care can better help patients recover to health, which is worth further promotion and application in clinical practice, and further strengthen the attention of related nursing mode.
