Analysis of Clinical Effect of Nursing Intervention in Nursing Care of Parturient with Amniotic Fluid Embolism

摘　　要：Objective: combined with clinical practice, it analyzed the clinical effect of nursing intervention on amniotic fluid embolism in parturient, hoping to provide reference and help for future clinical nursing. Methods: from December 2019 to December 2021, 24 pregnant women with amniotic fluid embolism in our hospital were included in this study. In order to form a sharp contrast, based on the statistical grouping method, 24 parturients were divided into two research groups. The author divided the two research groups into the control group and the research group, with 12 parturients in each group, giving different nursing methods, observing the incidence of maternal complications in different modes, investigating patients' nursing satisfaction, analyzing the clinical effect of nursing intervention in amniotic fluid embolism, and understanding the clinical application value of nursing intervention. Results: among the 12 parturients in the control group, 4 parturients had symptoms of blood pressure lowering, 1 parturient had symptoms of pulmonary hypertension, and 1 parturient had shock. The total incidence of complications was 50%. Among the 12 parturients in the study group, 2 parturients had symptoms of blood pressure lowering, 1 parturient had symptoms of pulmonary hypertension, and 0 parturient had shock. The total incidence of complications was 25%. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05), which had statistical significance. Among the 12 parturients in the control group, 7 parturients have no anxiety, 2 parturients have mild anxiety and 3 parturients have severe anxiety. The anxiety rate of this research group is 58.33%, and χ2 value is 2.572, and P value is 0.03;Among the 12 parturients in the study group, 9 parturients had no anxiety, 1 parturient had mild anxiety and 2 parturients had severe anxiety.
