Analysis of the Present Situation and Influencing Factors of Postpartum Depression in Primipara in Changsha City

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the present situation of postpartum depression of primipara in Changsha, analyze its influencing factors, and provide clinical basis for managers to formulate reasonable intervention programs to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression of primipara. Methods: from September to December, 2019, the researcher selected 324 primiparas from 8 hospitals in Changsha as the research object, and adopted self-made general information questionnaire, Edinburgh postpartum depression scale (EPDS), Family intimacy and adaptability scale (FACES)II-CV) and Maternal social support scale (MSSS) were used for cross-sectional investigation. Results: 324 primiparas scored (6.47 2.31), 58 primiparas scored ≥13, and the incidence of postpartum depression was 17.90%. EPDS score and FACES of primiparaII-CV and MSSS scores were negatively correlated (r=-0.617,-0.685, P < 0.01);single factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis show that age, social support, family intimacy and adaptability are the main factors affecting postpartum depression of primipara in Changsha. Conclusion: the incidence of postpartum depression in primipara in Changsha is high, which is related to primipara's age, complications, social support, family intimacy and adaptability. Obstetricians should actively evaluate primipara and strengthen their psychological counseling and health care, so as to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression in primipara.
