Clinical Observation and Analysis of Phacoemulsification Combined with Angle Separation in the Treatment of Primary Angle-closure Glaucoma

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the surgical safety and therapeutic results of phacoemulsification combined with 360 angle separation in the treatment of primary angle-closure glaucoma with opaque lens. Methods: from January 2019 to March 2021, 52 cases (61 eyes) of primary angle-closure glaucoma with opaque lens in Liuzhou People's Hospital were observed. Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation combined with 360 angle separation were performed. The best corrected visual acuity, central anterior chamber depth, intraocular pressure and anterior chamber angle before and after the operation were examined and compared, and the complications of the operation were analyzed. Observe for 6 months to 1 year. Results: follow-up examination showed that the intraocular pressure of each eye decreased satisfactorily and the anterior chamber deepened satisfactorily. The visual acuity of 58 eyes (95.1%) was improved perfectly, and the visual acuity of the other 3 eyes had no obvious change. The reason was the atrophy of optic nerve in fundus and the anterior chamber angle of 51 eyes (83.6%) was completely open. No serious complications occurred in 61 eyes. Conclusion: phacoemulsification combined with 360 angle separation is an effective, safe and less surgical treatment with satisfactory effect of deepening anterior chamber, ideal intraocular pressure control, improving the vision of the affected eye and opening and closing the angle.
