Effect of Epinephrine Combined with Articaine in the Treatment of Dental Pulp Diseases and Its Influence on Inflammatory Factors

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the anesthetic effect of combined articaine and epinephrine on patients with dental pulp diseases and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods: a total of 104 patients with endodontic diseases admitted to our hospital from December, 2020 to March, 2022 were selected as the analysis object, and they were divided into combined anesthesia group and conventional anesthesia group, with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the conventional anesthesia group were given routine anesthesia, while patients in the combined anesthesia group were given combined anesthesia with articaine and epinephrine. The effective time of anesthesia, adverse symptoms and pain degree of patients in the combined anesthesia group and the conventional anesthesia group were compared. Meanwhile, the changes of inflammatory indexes and the excellent and good rate of anesthesia were compared between the combined anesthesia group and the conventional anesthesia group. Results: the effective time of anesthesia in the combined anesthesia group was significantly shorter than that in the conventional anesthesia group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse performance of patients in combined anesthesia group was significantly lower than that in conventional anesthesia group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). The pain degree of patients in the combined anesthesia group at the time of anesthesia, operation, 5 minutes after operation and 30 minutes after operation was lower than that of patients in the conventional anesthesia group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in TNF-α, IL-8 and LTB4 between the two groups (P > 0.05). After treatment, the TNF-α, IL-8 and LTB4 of the patients in the combined anesthesia group were significantly lower than those in the conventional anesthesia group.
