The Value of Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets Combined with Risperidone in the Treatment of Residual Schizophrenia

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of sertraline hydrochloride tablets combined with risperidone in the treatment of residual schizophrenia. Methods: patients with residual schizophrenia in our hospital were selected as observation objects, and were treated with risperidone alone or risperidone sertraline hydrochloride tablets, respectively, and the results of improving symptoms of mental illness were statistically analyzed. Results: the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (p<0.05). Before treatment, HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were compared, P > 0.05;After treatment, HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05). Before treatment, PANSS negative and positive scores between groups were compared, P > 0.05;After treatment, PANSS negative and positive scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of patients with residual schizophrenia with risperidone and sertraline hydrochloride tablets is beneficial to improve their mental symptoms and protect their brain function. This treatment method is feasible.
