Analysis of the Effect of Neuroendoscopic Hematoma Evacuation Through Keyhole Approach in the Treatment of Cerebral Hemorrhage in Basal Ganglia of Moderate Hypertension

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation through forehead keyhole approach in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia of moderate hypertension. Methods: from March, 2019 to April, 2020, 150 hypertensive patients with cerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia were selected as observation objects. Using the way of paper strip extraction, we can reasonably divide them into experimental group and control group, with 75 cases in the experimental group and 75 cases in the control group. The control group was treated with pterional hematoma evacuation under lateral fissure microscope, while the experimental group was treated with neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation through forehead keyhole approach. Mainly to explore the operation time, hematoma clearance rate, rebleeding and mortality, NIHSS and BI scores, and the incidence of subsequent complications in the two groups. Results: the hematoma clearance rate and operation time of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group. The rebleeding rate and mortality rate of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group. The total incidence of complications of NIHSS and BI score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The GOS prognosis index of the experimental group is obviously better than that of the control group, and the data are different, showing statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with the traditional treatment, neuroendoscopic hematoma evacuation via forehead keyhole approach can shorten the operation time, maximize the hematoma evacuation rate, achieve a good therapeutic effect, reduce the mortality, improve the prognosis, reduce the neurological damage and optimize the life of patients, which can achieve clinical promotion.
