Observation of Intervention Effect of Standardized Nursing on Endoscopic Examination in Patients with Gastric Ulcer and Diabetes Mellitus

摘　　要：Objective: to observe the intervention effect of standardized nursing on the inspection of the inner diameter of patients with gastric ulcer and diabetes mellitus. Methods: 82 patients with gastric ulcer complicated with diabetes treated in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were randomly divided into observation group (41 cases, standardized nursing) and control group (41 cases, routine nursing). The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after the intervention, the psychological state index score, blood glucose index level and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05);The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.56%, which was higher than 78.05% in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing of patients with gastric ulcer and diabetes, the application of standardized nursing has a significant effect in improving patients' negative emotions, controlling patients' blood sugar levels and reducing adverse reactions, which is worthy of promotion.
