摘  要:Objective: to analyze the application effect of one-to-one whole-course teaching for interns in operating room. Methods: 120 interns were divided into 2 groups. The control group received routine instruction. The observation group was taught one-to-one throughout. Results: the nursing score, comprehensive quality, qualified rate of teaching, quality of teaching and self-practice evaluation of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: one-to-one whole-course teaching has outstanding application value, which can improve the nursing score and the comprehensive quality of interns and is worthy of promotion.
