Comparing and Analyzing the Teaching Effect of One-to-one Teaching and Scheduling Teaching in Nursing Interns

摘  要:Objective: to implement a pair of one-to-one instruction and shift arrangement instruction respectively in the instruction of nursing interns, and to compare the teaching effect. Methods: the selected personnel were all nursing students who were in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022. They adopted different teaching methods in their teaching. Results: after the implementation of nursing teaching, the assessment results of nursing interns were further improved. Especially, the interns who accepted one pair of one-to-one teaching showed a good trend in their theoretical knowledge and practical scores, and they were more satisfied with the teaching. Compared with the nursing interns who accepted the downward scheduling system, the situation of the interns was poorer and the difference was larger (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of one-to-one teaching model in nursing practice can obtain ideal teaching effect and should be paid attention to.
