Observation on Nursing Effect of ERAS Concept in Perioperative Period of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

摘　　要：Objective: mainly used in laparoscopic cholecystectomy to nursing ERAS and obtain the corresponding medical results. Methods: The primary selected group is the data and information of 82 abdominal cholecystectomy patients included in Baidu from May 2017 to May 2018. According to the diagnosis and treatment care method, the patients are divided into two groups: study group and control group, of which 41 patients. According to the medical way, analyze the condition of the two groups of patients, for the control group of patients, using the basic nursing method, in view of the observation group of patients, the key use refers to the ERAS definition nursing way more hospitalization time, exhaust pipe time, condition, such as hospitalization time, exhaust pipe time, wake up time, nursing satisfaction rate and disease prevalence. Conclusion: Compared with the condition of the control group, the hospitalization time, exhaust pipe time and underground time of the postoperative observation group were significantly shorter (P <0.05);the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the high concurrent rate after surgery was significantly less than that of the control group. Therefore, the difference has the practical significance for statistical analysis (P <0.05). Results: According to the relevant data and information, the actual effect of nursing care. The ERAS definition for laparoscopic cholecystectomy cycle time has a very obvious recovery effect, which is very worthy of application and publicity in clinical practice to promote the excellent recovery of a large number of patients.
