Probe into the Clinical Effect of Floating Needle Therapy on 17 Cases of Lateral Epicondylitis of Humerus

摘　　要：Objective: to compare the clinical effects of floating needle therapy, general acupuncture, closed injection and small needle knife therapy on the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis. Methods: a total of 68 patients with external humeral epicondylitis from July 2018 to July 2021 in the general practice clinic of Kunming Second People's Hospital were randomly divided into floating needle therapy group, general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group with 17 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, pain degree before and after treatment, influence degree of daily life, relapse situation and treatment satisfaction of the four groups of patients were compared. Results: the total effective rate of patients in floating needle therapy group was higher than that in general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group (P<0.05). The NRS scores of patients in floating needle therapy group were lower than those in general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group (P<0.05), and the MBI scores of patients in floating needle therapy group were higher than those in general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of patients in floating needle therapy group was lower than that in general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group (P<0.05). The satisfaction degree of patients in floating needle therapy group was higher than that in general acupuncture therapy group, closed therapy group and small needle knife therapy group (P<0.05). Conclusion: floating needle therapy is effective, cheap and safe for external humeral epicondylitis.
