Analysis on the Clinical Effective Rate of Acupuncture Combined with Massage in the Treatment of Cerebral Apoplexy Patients with Hemiplegia

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the clinical effective rate of acupuncture combined with massage in the treatment of cerebral apoplexy patients with hemiplegia. Methods: sixty-eight stroke patients with hemiplegia were treated in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2021. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. They were treated with acupuncture combined with massage and routine treatment respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results: the effective rate and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p < 0.05). Body function, TCM symptom score and quality of life before treatment in both groups (P > 0.05);After treatment, the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: acupuncture combined with massage is effective for hemiplegic patients after stroke.
