摘　　要：Objective: to study the application value of metoprolol combined with atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods: 80 patients in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups, atorvastatin calcium and metoprolol were applied respectively, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were counted. Results: the therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: atorvastatin calcium combined with metoprolol has high application value in the field of clinical treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, because after entering the patient's body, it can help the patient's body to improve the body's vascular function, and avoid the patient's adverse conditions such as recurrent attacks during the period of clinical treatment. Not only can the relative safety of the clinical treatment of patients be ensured, but also the patients can have higher clinical treatment effect, help the patients to maintain the health in the body, avoid the serious expansion of blood vessels, and establish a high-quality treatment scheme according to the specific clinical conditions of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
