Study on the Effectiveness and Complication Rate of Hemoperfusion and Hemodialysis in the Treatment of Emergency Patients with Severe Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

摘  要:Objective: to evaluate the efficacy and complication rate of hemoperfusion and hemodialysis in the treatment of emergency patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. Methods: the data of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning treated in the emergency department of our hospital from June 1, 2019 to October 30, 2021 were investigated and analyzed. 90 cases were randomly divided into two groups: 45 cases in the control group (routine emergency treatment) and 45 cases in the observation group (hemoperfusion+hemodialysis). The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: compared with the total effective rate after treatment, the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher, and the complication probability after treatment was significantly lower in the observation group, with significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. After three months of follow-up, the quality of life score was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical treatment index of the observation group is better than that of the control group, and the statistical difference is significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is effective in emergency treatment of patients with severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning, with few postoperative complications, which can quickly clear the inflammation in the body.
