Observation on the Effect of Ultrasound Combined with Hysteroscopy in the Treatment of Intramural Hysteromyoma

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the effect of ultrasound and hysteroscopy in the treatment of Hysteromyoma. Methods: 68 patients with intramural Hysteromyoma treated in the department of gynecology and obstetrics of our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the observation target. According to the random double-blind method, the control group was treated with traditional open surgery, and the observation group was treated with ultrasound combined with hysteroscopic myomectomy, with 34 cases in each group. The surgical effects, postoperative recovery indicators, psychological status and postoperative quality of life of the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: compared with the control group, the operation effect of the observation group was significantly better, and the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower in the observation group (p<0.05);Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospitalization time, uterine healing time and anal exhaust time of the patients in the observation group were significantly shorter, and their intraoperative bleeding was less, the statistical results were p<0.05;After 3 months of follow-up, the scores of quality of life in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The statistical difference was significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: ultrasound combined with hysteroscopy can not only accurately remove the leiomyoma focus, reduce the intraoperative trauma, but also greatly improve the rehabilitation effect and promote the patients to return to normal life as soon as possible, which is worthy of clinical adoption.
