Clinical Evaluation of Hemabate Combined with Misoprostol in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage

摘　　要：Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of hemabate combined with misoprostol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods: 90 cases of study samples were selected from postpartum hemorrhage patients who came to our hospital for diagnosis and treatment. All the samples were equally divided into two groups (study group and conventional group). Among them, 45 cases in the conventional group were treated with misoprostol, and the remaining 45 cases were set as the study group. All patients in this group were intervened by hemabate combined with misoprostol. The actual amount of postpartum hemorrhage, the incidence of adverse reactions, clinical efficacy, satisfaction, hematocrit and hemoglobin levels of the research samples of each group were evaluated and analyzed. Results: the actual postpartum hemorrhage volume of the two groups of patients was compared: the hemorrhage volume of the patients in the study group at the time of delivery, 2 hours after delivery and 4 hours after delivery was less than that of the conventional group (p < 0.05);The number of patients with adverse reactions in the study group was significantly less than that in the conventional group (P < 0.05). Compared with the clinical effect of each group, the effective probability of the group treated with hemabate combined with misoprostol is higher than that of the other group, and the difference is statistically significant (P < 0.05). The data of hematocrit and hemoglobin level of patients in the misoprostol treatment group were higher than those in the study group (P < 0.05). Compared with each group, 97.78% of the patients in the study group were satisfied, which was significantly higher than 82.22% in the conventional group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of hemabate combined with misoprostol in the control of postpartum hemorrhage not only has significant effect, but also has a low probability of adverse reactions.
