Effect Evaluation of Application of Simulated Scene Teaching Method in Intern Occupational Protection Training

摘  要:Objective: to analyze and explore the specific method and practical effect of simulated scene teaching method in the occupational protection training of interns. Methods: 100 medical staff who practiced in our hospital were divided into groups according to different occupational protection training modes. Among them, 50 interns accepted the traditional teaching mode as the control group and 50 interns accepted the simulated scene teaching method as the study group. The effects of occupational protection training between the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results: the average scores of the interns in the study group were (48.13 ± 1.57) points in theory examination, (43.22 ± 2.14) points in skill examination, and (91.32 ± 2.57) points in total score. The above scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (42.56 ± 1.63) points, (36.17 ± 2.08) points, (78.56 ± 3.14) points respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). In terms of improving learning interest, independent thinking ability, independent learning ability, comprehensive application ability of knowledge, creative thinking ability, teamwork ability, standardizing operation skills, activating classroom atmosphere and improving teaching effectiveness, the interns in the study group rated the teaching effect significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the simulated situation teaching method for hospital interns can effectively improve the teaching quality of occupational protection and improve the learning enthusiasm and learning effect of interns.
