Analysis of the Effect of Aspirin and Clopidogrel Tablets on Acute Cerebral Infarction and NIHSS Score

摘　　要：Objective: to investigate the effect of clopidogrel combination on patients with acute cerebral infarction and NIHSS scores based on aspirin administration. Methods: we selected 104 patients with acute cerebral infarction from December 2017 to December 2020, grouped according to the principle of randomization. The control groups of 52 patients were treated with aspirin alone, and the 52 patients included in the observation group were based on aspirin and clopidogrel tablets, comparing the efficacy, NIHSS score, ADL score, IL-6, TNF-and sICAM-1 levels and total adverse reaction rate. Results: the total response rate of the observation group was 96.15%, and it was 78.85% higher than that of the control group, significant difference between the groups (P <0.05);the difference between the pretreatment NIHSS assessment scores and the ADL assessment scores between the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05);the results of NIHSS after case treatment in the observation group were lower compared with the control group;the ADL score evaluation value was even higher than that of the control group;The differences between the groups were significant (P <0.05);prior to the treatment, the difference between IL-6, TNF-, and sICAM-1 levels in the two groups was not significant (P> 0.05);at 1d, 4d, and 9d after the treatment, the IL-6, TNF-and sICAM-1 levels were all lower compared with the control group;the differences between the groups were significant (P <0.05);the adverse R rate compared with the control group was 7.69%;observation group results of 11.54% were slightly higher;There was no significant difference between the groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: after the combined treatment of aspirin and clopidogrel tablets during the treatment of cerebral infarction, reduce the inflammatory factors in the body, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, make its neurological deficit has significant recovery, low adverse effects after treatment, has a better clinical effect, is worth promoting in clinical practice.
