Comparative Study on Sedative Effects of Mizolam and Midazolam in Elderly Patients after Spinal Anesthesia

摘　　要：Objective: To compare the sedative effects of ramazolam and midazolam after intraspinal anesthesia in the elderly. Methods: A total of 100 patients who were going to receive open reduction and internal fixation of lower limb fractures under elective spinal anesthesia in Macheng Peoples Hospital from April 2022 to June 2022 in our hospital were randomly selected as the research subjects in this study by using figures. The patients were aged from 65 to 79 years old, no gender limitation, BMI 18–30 kg/m2, American Society Anesthesiologist (ASA) Class I-II, with clear preoperative consciousness, and no severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases, benzodiazepine allergy, schizophrenia, severe depression, etc. The patients were randomly divided into ramazolam group (group R) and midazolam group (group M) according to the random number table. After entering the room, the patients were monitored by ECG and the venous channel was opened. Then, the combined puncture was performed in the L3.4 space at the lateral decubitus position. Three mL of 0.5% ropivacaine was administered intrathecally, and the epidural catheter was placed 3cm upward. After the experimental dose had no adverse reaction, 10ml of 0.4% ropivacaine was administered. In the ramazolam group (group R), 0.1mg/kg ramazolam was given by intravenous injection, followed by continuous pumping at 5ug/kg/min until the BIS index fell to 75, and then the infusion speed was adjusted to ensure that the BIS was in the range of 60–80. In the midazolam group (group M), 0.05 mg/kg total midazolam was given intravenously, followed by 0.05 mg/kg/h continuous pumping until the BIS was reduced to about 75. Subsequently, the infusion speed was adjusted to control the BIS within the range of 60–80. No other sedative or analgesic drug was used during the surgical treatment.
