Study on the Effect of Kangaroo-style Nursing on Health Indexes of "Golden Hour" of Newborns during Cesarean Section of Late Preterm Labor

摘　　要：Objective: in order to further explore the practical impact of kangaroo nursing on neonatal "prime-time" health-related indicators during late preterm delivery cesarean section. Methods: from April 2021 to April 2022, 96 parturients in the advanced stage of preterm labor were investigated. The reference group was 48 newborns who only received general nursing and the research group was 48 newborns who received kangaroo nursing. Through comprehensive observation and comparison of the reference group and discussion of the newborn's actual health (heartbeat frequency, respiratory frequency and body temperature) related data, actual satisfaction after care, the actual level of immune cells related data, the incidence of adverse events;Results: ① The actual satisfaction rate of the reference group with general nursing measures was 83.34% and the occurrence rate of adverse events was 16.67%(8 cases) in the reference group with 48 cases of neonatal nursing. ② The practical satisfaction rate of 48 newborns in the research group who implemented kangaroo care was 95.83%, and the incidence rate of adverse events was 6.25%(3 cases). It can be seen that the data about the actual level of immune cells, such as CD4+, CD3+, CD4+ and CD8+ ratio, self-body temperature and actual satisfaction after nursing in the research group of kangaroo care are much higher than those in the reference group of general care, while the values of CD8+, heartbeat frequency, respiratory frequency and the incidence of adverse events are lower than those in the reference group of general care. P<0.05, there is a big difference between the reference group and the research group in the related information of 96 newborns. Conclusion: the implementation of kangaroo-style nursing has an important role in greatly improving the actual health-related data of newborns, the actual satisfaction degree after nursing and the related data of immune cell level, and greatly reducing the occurrence rate of adverse accidents.
