Effect of Extended Nursing Application on the Disappearance Time of Cough、 Asthma and High Fever in Children with Pneumonia

摘　　要：Objective: to discuss and analyze the application effect of extended nursing program and its influence on the disappearance time of children's symptoms of high fever, asthma and cough during clinical nursing of children with pneumonia. Methods: seventy-six children with pneumonia were included in the discussion, and all of them were selected from June 2020 to June 2021. The grouping measures were completed by systematic sampling. Each group of 38 children, the reference group and the discussion group, received general care and extended care respectively. The symptom disappearance time, quality of life, clinical efficacy and parents' satisfaction of the children were compared between the groups. Results: compared with the disappearance time of symptoms between groups, the disappearance time of cough, asthma and high fever in the discussion group was significantly shorter than that in the reference group, and the comparison result between the two groups was P < 0.05;compared with the quality of life between groups, the quality of life in the discussion group was higher than that in the reference group (P < 0.05). The clinical curative effect of the discussion group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Compared with the nursing satisfaction between groups, the total satisfaction of the discussion group was higher than that of the reference group, and the comparison result between the two groups was P < 0.05. Conclusion: compared with the general nursing scheme, the clinical effect of extended nursing mode is more remarkable. After adopting this nursing mode, the time of fever reduction, asthma disappearance and cough relieving are shortened, and the remission rate of children's disease pain is faster. It is a nursing scheme worthy of vigorous implementation.
