Clinical Analysis of the Efficacy of Single-port Laparoscopic Appendectomy and Three-port Laparoscopic Appendectomy

摘　　要：Objective: to observe and analyze the clinical effect of single-port laparoscopic appendectomy by comparing with three-port laparoscopic appendectomy. Methods: 78 patients undergoing appendectomy in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was treated with single-hole laparoscopic appendectomy, while the control group was treated with three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative recovery, hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses of the patients were compared and observed. Results: the operation time (57.12±3.43) min in the observation group was slightly longer than that in the control group (55.37±2.96) min. The intraoperative blood loss (12.64±1.79) mL was slightly lower than that in the control group (14.23±2.08) mL, P > 0.05. The postoperative recovery was significantly better than that of the control group. The hospitalization time (4.83 0.34) d was lower than that of the control group (5.76 0.49) d;The hospitalization expense (11346±317) was higher than that of the control group (10945±276), P<0.05. Conclusion: compared with three-hole laparoscopic appendectomy, single-hole laparoscopic appendectomy has no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative hemorrhage, and has better effect in the postoperative recovery process, with relatively higher hospitalization expenses, but can reduce the patient's hospitalization time to a certain extent, and has clinical promotion value.
