Analysis of the Influence of Nursing Risk on the Incidence of Adverse Events in Patients with Continuous Blood Purification

摘　　要：Objective: taking continuous hemodialysis patients as an example, to implement and establish a nursing risk process, and to analyze the development effect of nursing risk process. Methods: from May 2018 to May 2019, 108 MHD patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A (54 patients) and group B (54 patients) with routine nursing and nursing intervention after the establishment of nursing risk procedures. Prognosis and quality of care, changes in renal function and adverse event rate were used as judgment indicators to analyze the effects of different interventions. Results: the rate of adverse events, after intervention, group A (22.22%) > group B (2.70) (p < 0.05). After intervention, APACHEⅡ (acute physiology and chronic health score Ⅱ) score (13.21±1.33), BUN (urea nitrogen) (17.53±1.27)mmol/L, SCR (creatinine) (204.19±24.23)mmol/L in group B were lower than those in group A (16.54±1.71), (22.46±2.68)mmol/L, (319.54±26.47) mmol/L (p < 0.05). Analysis of nursing quality of nursing staff showed that the scores of attitude (91.43±5.52) and communication skills (93.64±4.14) in group B were higher than those in group A (86.78 5.34) and group A (89.42±4.03) (p < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing care was 72.22% in group A < 96.30% in group B (p < 0.05). Conclusion: in the nursing intervention of patients treated with CBP, the establishment and implementation of nursing risk process can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the prognosis and enhance the satisfaction of nursing, which has good clinical nursing intervention effect.
