Application Effect of Metal Preformed Crown Restoration after Root Canal Treatment of Deciduous Molars in Children

摘　　要：Objective: to analyze the effect of applying metal preformed crowns in children's root canal therapy and deciduous molar restoration. Methods: 150 children were selected. Composite resin was used in the root canal treatment and restoration of deciduous molars in the control group, and metal preformed crowns were used in the experimental group. Results: compared with the control group, there were fewer restorations, poor adjacency, poor marginal sealing and secondary caries in the experimental group. There was no significant difference in periodontal tissue index and chewing function between the experimental group and the control group before treatment (P > 0.05). Compared with the children in the control group, the periodontal tissue indexes of the children in the experimental group were significantly improved after 4 weeks of treatment, and the chewing function of the children in the experimental group was significantly improved after 1 year of treatment, P < 0.05. Conclusion: after root canal treatment of deciduous molars in children, metal preformed crown restoration is effective.
