Observation on the Application Effect of Nursing Risk Management in Internal Medicine Nursing

摘　　要：Objective: the purpose of this study is to explore the application of risk management in medical management. Methods: the research object was 100 internal medicine patients admitted to our hospital, and the admission time was controlled between January 2019 and January 2021. The patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. In the observation group, nursing risk management nursing was used, while in the control group, routine nursing was used. Finally, the two groups of patients were compared in terms of nursing quality score, incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction. Results: the incidence of adverse events in the control group was higher than that in the observation group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In terms of patient satisfaction, the control group was lower than the observation group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). In the aspect of nursing quality score, the observation group was higher than the control group, with significant differences in various indicators (P<0.05). Conclusion: in the process of internal medicine nursing management, the effect of implementing risk management measures for patients is more obvious, the incidence of adverse events is low, and patients' satisfaction with nursing is higher as a whole, which is worthy of promotion.
