摘　　要：The mould electrical detection box is an innovative way of intelligent detection under the mould line. It simulates the production line to control the cylinder movement according to the production data parameters, and makes the mould mechanism move according to specific logic. It opens up a new idea and method for mould electrical signal detection and new project mould static detection. At the same time, the new mold inspection and mold maintenance bring great convenience, improve the acceptance quality of the new mold and improve the efficiency and quality of mold maintenance, and open up a new world of intelligent mold inspection for analog production lines in the global mold inspection field, leading the international level.
