Clinical Effectiveness Study of High-Quality Care for Senile Cataract Patients

摘　　要：Objective To consider the clinical effect of implementing high-quality nursing measures in the clinical care of elderly cataract patients.Methods 100 elderly cataract patients received in the department during 2019 / 1-2020 / 1 and were randomly divided into control and experimental groups, 50 patients each.Among them, the control group chose the routine nursing mode, and the experimental group chose the high-quality nursing mode, and compared the degree of clinical disease knowledge, good visual recovery, adverse response rate and clinical satisfaction of the two groups.Results The scores of clinical disease knowledge and the visual recovery, with statistical advantage (P <0.05), the adverse reaction rate of 6.00%, 74.00%, 74.00%, and statistical advantage (P <0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing plan in the clinical care of cataract patients can help patients gradually master the relevant knowledge of clinical diseases, facilitate the visual recovery and improvement of patients, greatly reduce the adverse reaction rate and improve patient satisfaction, which is a nursing measure worthy of extensive implementation.
