Observation of the Clinical Value of Hyperbaric Oxygen Combined with Mesocobalamin in Treating Patients with Facial Neuritis

摘　　要：Objective: facial neuritis was treated with mesocobalamin plus hyperbaric oxygen and observed the effect of this treatment method. Method: observe patients choose for our treatment of facial neuritis 114 cases, starting and ending time in September 2019-September 2021, grouping method for the patients into combined treatment group and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, treatment method is methylcobalamin plus hyperbaric oxygen treatment and hyperbaric oxygen treatment alone, compare the two groups of treatment satisfaction, treatment efficiency and facial nerve function. Results: (1) compared with the satisfaction rate and response rate between the combined treatment group and hyperbaric oxygen treatment group, 96.49% and 98.24% in the combined treatment group, 80.70% and 84.21%, ((211.459, p0.017). (2) Comparison of lateral nerve amplitude and NCV after the combination group and hyperbaric oxygen group, 3.95 ± 0.52 (mV), 34.87 ± 4.25 (m/s), 2.81 ± 0.43 (mV), 24.95 ± 3.53. (m/s), (t3.901, p0.025, respectively). Conclusion: this method can be generalized.
