摘　　要：Motor production enterprises are design, research and development, production of scientific and technology research and development enterprises. In recent years, the government support for motor enterprises is increasing, and with the expansion of motor production enterprises, the lack of technological innovation is increasingly serious, and technological innovation needs reasonable innovation incentive system. This paper analyzes the existing motor production enterprise technology innovation incentive system, on the innovation incentive system path creation method, explore the personal development and growth incentive depth fusion, and promote training, promotion and exemption system of the depth of the fusion system design. This paper also proposes for the above system design technology innovation incentive path creation method.
