Application of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in Medical Abortion

摘　　要：Objective: to study and analyze the application value of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in medical abortion. Methods: a total of 68 patients with drug-induced abortion admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 34 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given mifepristone, while the patients in the study group were given misoprostol. The therapeutic effects of stress response therapy and serum indicators were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results: after treatment, the treatment effect of the patients in the study group was better than that of the control group. After 1 week of drug treatment, the levels of stress indicators such as aldosterone and endothelin -1 in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The duration of abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding in the study group were shorter than those in the control group. The amount of vaginal bleeding was less than that in the control group. after 1 week of drug treatment, the levels of serum indicators such as hypoxia inducible factor -1α and vascular endothelial growth factor in the study group were lower than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (p 0.05). Conclusion: mifepristone combined with misoprostol in medical abortion is helpful to improve the therapeutic effect, promote the discharge of pregnant tissues and control of symptoms, promote the improvement of body stress and regulate the level of serum factors.
