摘 要:Objective: to study and analyze the value of SPECT/CT in differentiating benign and malignant spinal lesions. Methods: 60 patients with spinal lesions treated in our hospital from April 2019 to February 2022 were included. All patients in this group received SPECT/CT examination and routine CT examination. The efficacy of SPECT/CT in differentiating benign and malignant spinal lesions was analyzed with reference to the results of clinical comprehensive diagnosis, and the results were compared with those of routine CT examination. Results: the clinical comprehensive diagnosis results of 60 patients with spinal lesions in this group showed 41 cases of benign lesions, 19 cases of malignant lesions, 42 cases of benign lesions, 18 cases of malignant lesions, 49 cases of benign lesions and 11 cases of malignant lesions. On the premise of spinal malignant lesions, the diagnostic coincidence rate, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of SPECT/CT in spinal malignant lesions were at a high level, All of them were above 94%, which was higher than that of routine CT examination, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: SPECT/CT has high diagnostic accuracy, specificity and sensitivity in the differentiation of benign and malignant。
